3 Young Bucks

The other day, early in the morning I was out watering the yard and I saw 3 beautiful young bucks walking down the street. I was hoping to get some nice close-up shots of them to blog but when one of them spotted me they stopped dead in their tracks.

Apparently my presence wasn’t enough to stop them from walking over to check out whether or not my yard had anything they might find edible.

Luckily for me, they don’t like bougainvilleas!

I guess you’ll have to take my word for it when I say there were 3 bucks since I only captured 2 of them in my photos!

How wonderful. You seem to get a lot of wild life in your neighbourhood :)

It looks like there are mountains of bushland or the like in the distance of your photographs! Lovely Buck photos, two are more than none photographed :)

they really do look out of place there in the middle of a neighborhood. i hope they found something to eat other than your flowers!

Geeeez Sharon...if it weren't for the houses included in the photos, I'd think you lived in a zoo!

Awesome pictures!

Hi Sharon,

It's so great seeing those beautiful creatures so close. I saw two or three full size male deer with huge antler sets down the street one time - and somehow it's an unforgettable experience. Thank you for your photos, which brought back that memory.

Threio says "Whatz Up" to Mooky. Me on the otherhand enjoyed the Bambi pics and the useless fence in the first shot. :)
