Saturday Morning Bath

Well I have to agree with Mooky that last Saturday morning was the perfect day for a bath.

The sun was shining, all the other birds were bathing outside, the warm breeze flowing through the sliding glass door & a water cup filled with cool & clean water ... why not!

Hey if Mooky's dish was big enough for me I would have probably taken a bath in it myself!

The problem with Mooky's baths is that Mooky doesn't seem to get wet... just the floor, shutters and walls could you imagine the mess I would make!

Welcome back

Mooky has the right idea - It is much better to wash the floor rather than feathers :)

Glad you updated....

Mooky looks so cute taking a bath. My cockatiel does the same thing, everything wet around her little cup but she doesn't get very wet.

that was fun to see.

p.s.that special effect, is just a soft focus thing and that's because I took the pics through a screen window out my bathroom window..so they weren't that clear anyway.

thanks for your visits.

Poor Mooky! HAHAHHAHHAA I hope Mooky had free range of the bathroom later or the kitchen washing up sink! Inside would be a problem. Jack likes a shower at the same time with a watering can over his bath but NOT inside!

Cute as always. Thanks for the update. Smiles

Thanks for the update! Those greys seem to be waterproof -- when Max bathes in a dish, we have the same issue -- water everywhere except on her :)

He loves his fake bath, yet hates real ones... Way more on the floor than on him.

Looks like Mooky was having a great time! That's a really fun video - lovely to see Max almost in real life. :)

Try having 11 feathered friends trying to take a bath at the same time. LOL

I spray my parrot with a mister - she loves it and gets soaking wet all over. Plus I do it outside, so no cleanup!
